Working principle
Pressure sensor is then silicon substrate diffusion of a Wheatstone bridge, measured medium (gas or liquid) putting pressure on the wall of the bridge resistance to change (piezoresistive effect), produced a differential voltage signal. The signal is converted into a standard analog signal or a digital signal through a dedicated amplifier.
